Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jb99 reserves the right to retain any balance remaining in the account, including deposits and winnings, as compensation for losses incurred by jb99 as a result of the breach. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any legitimate balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method.

jb99 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from the forfeiture of bonus funds due to breach of promotion conditions. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jb99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

jb99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jb99 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of jb99 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of jb99 that cannot be resolved through good-faith communication with our support team should be escalated in writing to jb99 via the contact email listed on this page. jb99 will acknowledge written disputes within five (5) business days and seek to resolve them within thirty (30) days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, it may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
